Refunding of your Deposit.  Below are the terms in my standard contract regarding a refund of your deposit.

A $300 deposit is required at time of contract signing to reserve your event coverage. Full remaining moneys shall be paid in full 60 days prior to the wedding date.  If for whatever reason the event is canceled, your deposit will not be refunded.  However, a full refund of your deposit will be delivered if we are able to schedule another wedding for your same contact date.
